Three Is King is a habit tracking application designed to help users build and maintain up to three daily habits. The App provides features including habit tracking, streak counting, progress visualization, and reminders.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Three Is King and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our permission.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the habit data and content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREE IS KING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Health Disclaimer
Three Is King is a habit tracking tool and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
